1. Services

Bristol Cleaning Heroes provides specialist cleaning services as described on our website and in individual quotes. All services are subject to a site assessment or telephone assessment before work begins.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work differs significantly from what was described or assessed. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

3. Booking and cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed when we agree a date and time with you
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
• Emergency callouts are non-cancellable once our team is en route

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card and cash. For commercial clients, we offer 30-day invoice terms by arrangement.

5. Insurance

We carry £2 million professional liability insurance through AXA. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our work, contact us within 48 hours. We will return to address any issues at no additional cost. If we can't resolve the problem, we'll discuss a fair resolution.

7. Limitations

• Some stains, odours and damage cannot be fully removed. We will always be honest about what's achievable before starting work.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or contents.
• Access must be provided at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, a return visit fee may apply.

8. Health and safety

Our staff follow all relevant health and safety regulations. We carry appropriate PPE and use COSHH-compliant products. If we identify a hazard that prevents safe working (e.g. structural damage, asbestos, electrical faults), we will stop work and advise you.

9. Waste disposal

We are a licensed waste carrier. All waste, including hazardous and biohazard waste, is disposed of in compliance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
