Kitchen deep clean

Builders clean
After contractors leave, you’re left with dust, plaster residue, paint overspray and protective film. A builders clean gets the space back to handover standard. How We Work With Commercial Clients
Step 1: Site visit and scope
We come to your site, walk the space with you, and scope the work. No quotes over the phone for commercial jobs. Every site is different. A food factory in Avonmouth has different requirements to a solicitor’s office on Baldwin Street. We need to see it.
Step 2: Schedule around your operation
We agree timing before anything else. Most commercial clients need us outside business hours. Night shifts, weekends, bank holidays. We charge the same rate whenever we work. No weekend premiums. Your operation comes first.
Step 3: Health and safety documentation
For industrial sites, we provide method statements, risk assessments, COSHH data, insurance certificates and proof of IICRC certification before we start. If your site requires contractor inductions, CSCS cards, or permits to work, we’ll complete those in advance. We carry £2M public liability insurance through AXA.
Step 4: Cleaning, documented
We photograph everything before and after. We provide a cleaning report listing areas cleaned, methods used and products applied. For compliance-driven environments (food production, healthcare-adjacent, pharmaceutical), this documentation is part of your audit trail. You get it the same day.
Step 5: Ongoing arrangement or one-off
Some clients use us once. Most come back. We can set up quarterly, six-monthly or annual deep cleans. Regular clients get priority booking for their preferred dates, particularly shutdown periods around Christmas, Easter and summer holidays. Those slots fill up fast. Worth booking early.

Do you offer ongoing cleaning contracts?
We offer scheduled deep cleaning arrangements. Quarterly, six-monthly or annual. But we don’t do daily office cleaning with mop-and-bucket rounds. We’re a specialist cleaning company. We come in for the deep cleans, the periodic resets and the emergency response jobs that your regular cleaning team can’t handle.
Can you work overnight without supervision?
Yes. We hold keys and alarm codes for several commercial clients across Bristol. We carry out the work, lock up, set the alarm, and you arrive in the morning to a clean space. We’re fully insured and DBS checked.
What documentation do you provide?
Photographic before and after evidence. Written cleaning reports. COSHH data sheets for all products used. Method statements and risk assessments. Insurance certificates. IICRC certification. We’ll format documentation to match your compliance system if needed.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
