The Form
Fill in what you can. The more detail you give us, the more accurate the quote.
Your name. So we know who we’re speaking to.
Phone number. We’ll only call if we need to clarify something. If you’d rather we stick to email, just say so in the message.
Email address. Where we’ll send your quote. Check your spam folder if you don’t hear from us within a few hours.
Property postcode. Helps us estimate travel time and check whether we’ve worked in your area before. We cover all of Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and beyond.
Type of cleaning required. Pick from the list or write your own. If you’re not sure what category your job falls into, don’t worry. Just describe it.
Tell us about the job. This is the important bit. What’s happened? How big is the space? How long has the problem been there? Photos help enormously. A quick snap on your phone tells us more than three paragraphs of description.
Upload photos (optional). Attach up to five images. Close-ups of the problem area, wide shots of the room, anything that helps us understand the scale. For mould, flood damage or fire damage, photos save a site visit roughly half the time.
